Incredible service! Dr. Balla is so kind, respectful and informative. She is also very accommodating. I had to bring my son to my appointment and she made sure he was comfortable and entertained. Best dental care and customer service I’ve had! Even though we moved to Annapolis, we will continue to come to Cosmos!

Very friendly and most importantly professional practice. I went for a routine cleaning for the first time at Cosmo Dental studio after moving in the area, and i got an extensive and thorough dental exam. Everything was explained to me and they even entertained my newborn, that i had to bring with me. Everyone was friendly and the practice is very clean modern. you feel immediately comfortable. For a first experience over there it was a success, i strongly recommend

I was impressed with the facility and staff. Everyone was friendly and courteous. All new equipment is very high tech and more comfortable than other dental offices I've been to. Happy to be patient there.

I recently had my first visit at Cosmos Dental Studio with Dr. Balla, and I can honestly say it was such a positive experience. I’ve always been very nervous about going to the dentist because of past bad experiences, but Dr. Balla and her team made me feel so comfortable right away. She is kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me which really helped calm my nerves. The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming—it doesn’t even feel like a typical dentist’s office. For the first time in a long time, I left a dental appointment feeling relieved instead of anxious. I’m so glad I found this place, and I would highly recommend Dr. Balla to anyone who’s been looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients✨

I have NEVER had such a thorough dental exam in my life! (I’m 50+ and fabulous😜) Dr Balla gave me a comprehensive exam and then explained in detail with photos and to my knowledge level what she found and then helped me prioritize what needed to be done right away. I never felt like she was pushing me into expensive treatments or tried to “sell” me anything. Customer service was on point and pricing for procedures was done up-front. Very customer friendly hours as well. So glad I found Cosmos Dental Studio!

The examination rooms are equally impressive, featuring convenient TV sets on both the wall and ceiling—making the whole process incredibly comfortable. Dr. Usha is truly exceptional! She is not only personable but also extremely detailed in explaining her recommendations for dental care. I just switched to Cosmos Dental and after my first appointment I am incredibly pleased with the quality of their service. The office space is clean, new, and beautifully decorated. It’s outfitted with state-of-the-art technology for oral cancer screening, imagining, etc. They are extremely thorough in their examination; they measured every part of my gums for signs of recession, assessed the lymph nodes in my neck and head, and just went above and beyond what I’ve been used to with other dentists in the area. And they took time to clearly and transparently explain their findings and offer solutions. I've found it so difficult to find good quality dentists who actually care about the health of their patients and had lost faith in the dental system but after my first appointment it is so clear that Cosmos Dental embodies the highest standards of dental integrity in their practice. I finally found a dentist I feel I can trust.

My visit to Cosmos was amazing! My wife recommended I come here after she had a pleasant experience, and I see why. All of the staff were very comforting and thorough, the facility and all of the equipment was high tech and shiny clean. The doctor is patient and gentle, so no pain! Dental visits aren't as scary now that I know I'm in good hands. Thanks to everyone at Cosmos!
